Valentines Day is like Christmas for chocolate makers, which makes me a little bit like Santa. Right now I feel like Santa because of all the chocolate I’ve been eating… even more than my usual 2-3kg per month. Why? Because we’ve been working on some new chocolate recipes, and whenever that happens I go into chocolate-eating-overdrive. And to say I’m excited about our new chocolates is an understatement… But enough of that – we have a new video!
